Shipping
We ship USPS almost every day of the week. Unfortunately we currently cannot offer same day shipping, but everything that is in stock will be shipped the next business day after your order is placed.
Tracking information is always available for domestic US packages and will be provided upon your item shipping out. Whenever possible, we try to ship USPS Priority Mail to make sure our customers recieve their orders as quickly as possible. If you need an item faster than 5-7 business days from when you order, please upgrade your shipping option when in the checkout process.
ALL PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES ARE BASED ON BUSINESS DAYS, THIS EXCLUDES WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS.
Returns
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you would like to make a return, please contact us via email at admin@thegearhouse.com. If the issue is something we can handle without the item actually being returned, we will try to do so. This is especially important if there is something that you believe to be a manufacturing default or issue with the item. In most cases, you may need to send it directly to the manufacturer for fixing or replacement.
If you get a product and it is not what you expected, please return it unused within 30 days of your purchase date for a full refund of the purchase price. Please include the Packing Slip with your package

We strongly suggest you purchase insurance and tracking information for your return shipment. We cannot be responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during return shipping.
